Rumah Titian Kaseh is a temporary shelter and is a non-governmental organization (NGO). The mission and objective is to provide the needs and restore the quality of life until they succeed in living independently. This nursing home was established in 1998 by Hajah Syarifah Binti Haji Adlan. She is a nurse. In her opinion, this nursing home is inspired by his career because he wants to help and provide protection and defend the fate of the public which consists of orphans, abandoned children, disabled people (OKU), elderly people, asnaf groups,, single mothers and victims of domestic violence. The source of income is from the sale of cookies and donations from the government and the public .
